i have recived a cheque of 2,00000INR from a person and now that cheque is dishonoured by the bank because of insufficient funds in that person a/c.so what is the possible legal action i can take against that person.

You can filed cheque bouncing case against the person who had issued cheque to you.
send a notice demanding amount , give him 15 days time, file a case under sec138 of NI ACT.
Send Legal notice through an advocate within 15 to 30 days and then provide him 15 days time and then file a case u/s 138 within 15 days.

You have not said what for you received the cheque. If it is in payment of any debt owed by the drawer of the cheque, you can take action against the drawer under Sec.138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. If it is just a loan or gift, better keep quiet.

you may file a case u/s 138 as suggested above and also file a civil suit for recovery u/s 37 of civil procedure code.
