i recived a notice from our cliend that your chq bounced but my account doesnt shows any return status I recived a notice that i dis obeyed the terms but i was not having any terms and contitions signed

Your account may reflect the same later on and you can also confirm form the bank to this effect as they may be having uptodate data of your account. Even otherwise mere receiving of notice does not mean that you have committed the offence. You may discharge your liabilty within 15 days of receiving of legal notice. You may contact and find out from the Bank Officials about the cheque, as to whether it was actually presented or not. Secondly if it was at all presented and due to any good reason if it was dishonoured you still have time as per the notice you can settle the accounts.
