How can i recover the amount when limitation of check and bank memo is expired?

You may verify whether the Limitation for filing a Civil case is still available and then file the same, for recovery of your money.

if you mean by limitation, the time for taking action under Sec.138 of the N.I.Act, you can file a suit for recovery within three years from the date of returned cheque, and if within three years as aforesaid, you receive a written acknowledgment of the drawer of the amount owed by him to you, time gets extended by another 3 years from the date of the said acknowledgment/and or part payment evidenced in writing.
