Recovery

I would like to know the procedure to file a complaints against a Bank for illegal means of recovery.The recovery agent has been threatening and using bad language and force to ask for the money. Need assistance!

issue notice to the top executive of the Bank to stop harassment. If it does not work, prefer a complaint to Banking Ombudsman, the procedure for which can be ascertained by accessing RBI website.
