is the registration of the assignment agreement by bank to a company registered as a securitisation and asset reconstruction company pursuant to section 3 of the SRFAESI act of India is compulsory ? The consideration price is Rs. 3,80,000/- . How much value of stamp is required on assignment agreement if it is to be registered in Ahmedabad ( Gujarat) India

It requires registration if immovable property is involved. For Gujarath Stamp duty, check with a lawyer in Gujarath
