what is remedy the banker took position with cmm orders ,i filed before drt he told to go to high court under article 226/227 as he does'nt have powers under him to break open the locks

It is better to contact a lawyer on the fact basis and then file a writ petition under Art 226 before the High court

You can file an appeal before the DRAT against the order of DRT and seek appropriate relief. If that does not give you relief, thereupon you can file a writ petition/civil Revision Petition in the High court under Arts.226 and 227 of the Constitution of India.
