no reply method by employer bank in connection with serious grievance since prol

sir I am bank employee in rajkot..I had injustice and harresment and experiments type fraud with me and therefore submitted serious complaint..since prolong time my complaint is neglected by our bank management and trade union by no reply method by all chain of bank..what action?

Depending upon the proof of receipt of the "serious complaint" made by you, by the appropriate authority in your case,you could agitate the matter before the competent authority/appellate authority provided for under the service rules applicable to you. After exercise of both these remedies in case your complaint is not addressed. You could approach the High Court having jurisdiction by way of a writ petition to seek appropriate relief.

I will need more details to answer the problem. What exactly was your complaint? Is the bank a Nationalised bank, or a private bank, or is it a Co-op Bank? Were the complaints submitted through proper channel?
