Required c.A .Signature

Can bank demand c.A.Signature on project report for any loan or any limitation ?

Hello.

Good Afternoon.

In certain projects where the public money is going to be invested in the Bank may ask for C.A. Signature.

But one more time the Banks have different rules and regulations and formalities.

So you better check with other banks as well.

It all depends on the project. If it is a green field project i.e. an industry yet to be started, Chartered accountants (C.As.) have no part to play in the same. If it is an existing industry or trade for the project of which the loan is applied for, the Bank may require certification of existing and or projected financials by a chartered Accountant. It all depends upon the nature and content of a project. No use in asking a general question like this
