Legal Question in Banking Law in India
i have given resignation from bank after 22 days bank send me chargsheet and one month notice period over still not releived me what should i do

you have not said whether the Bank from whose service you resigned is a private or nationalized or public sector Bank. If it is private, the charge sheet won't affect you and you can walk away once you have given the requisite notice. If it is a nationalized or public sector Bank, answer the chargesheet and get yourself cleared before you would be allowed to resign.
