Legal Question in Banking Law in India
i have resigned from hdfc bank but my organization not ready settle my personal leave and not ready to releave me before 90 days but my new employer is not ready to wait for 90 days .what can i do

You can send them notice and after getting acceptance, you can leave and as per law HDFC can demand only one month or maximum three months salary from you.

Hope your record in HDFC Bank is O.K. If so if your new employer does not demand releiving order from HDFC Bank, you can as well send the pay for the notice period and quit.
