Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Respected sir, i was given a cheque by my relative of closed a/c. i precented the cheque to the bank, it was retrnd with bank a/c closed. i isued notice, now the case is court. 2 timse nonbailable wreants had been isued, but they are avoiding, please suggest me some help. thankyou.

you may get the accused declared a proclaimed offender and his property may also be attached. you may file a civil suit for recovery as well for realizing the amount.

What more do need when NBW are already issued against them . You can file a suit for recovery u/o 37 cpc in summary procedure too.
