Legal Question in Banking Law in India

respected sir, we had an property which was sold & we the family members divided the money under an agriment but in last i was given a cheque. i presented the cheque in bank it was retarnd with a tag a/c closed. i filed a case in the court. the court issued NBW but they assured the court that they will attend, but they faild to attend. now the court again issued an re call. she is an teacher in govt approved sshool. what will be the prosepect relife, i will get from the court.
