u have not mentioned as to which subject or to whom the board resolution relates. One cannot have unqualified right to have copies or information of board resolutions. If the resolution pertains to a borrower or any other person, then it could fall under 8(1)(j) of the RTI Act and the Bank can refuse to divulge such information. Sec.8(1)(d) is not the one dealing with such information
