Sarfaesi Act 2002 Auction of property
If a property is brought to auction and the authorised officer of the bank is unable to attend the registration of the auction sale. Can the authorised officer give a authorised letter to the Sub Registrar office to considor the letter and roceed for registration of property in his absence.
