sarfaesi act-sale cerrtificate

i asked u previously that should i get the sale ceriticate registered.Ur answer was tht i should get it registered,but please specify that under registration act i should get it registered or i should just get sale certificate registered by registrar,since i will have to pay a lot of tax(8%) so please advise me.

You may follow whatever method comes cheaper; the idea is that your name should be entered in the register of title/owners maintained by the Registrar.

The sale certificate has got to be registered. There is some provision under each State Stamp Act which stipulates a lesser duty than a regular sale deed.Please check up with the Bank which sells the property.
