Legal Question in Banking Law in India
sarfasi notice served. 60 days over. Bank appoints a reconstruction company for assistance in physical possession. Copy of such letter sent to borrower. The borrower further informed that bank has qappointed such company for assitance in possession. Has the bank made any mistake?

The bank is in order in taking the assistance of the agency in taking possession.

the bank is well within its rights to recover the possession even with the help of a third party.
