sarfesi act
we purchased movable property actioned by bankers under sarfesi act.how much time they take to give the sales deed.

Normally two weeks time should be sufficient for the bank to provide the sale deed and you will be asked to bear the expenses for registration. If they don't do it, send them a notice by regd.post ack.due to complete it within a specified time and if they fail, take up the matter with Banking Ombudsman.

Well!!! there is no time limit specified in the act. Ordinarily, it should given to you within a reasonable time i.e 2-3 weeks.
