Legal Question in Banking Law in India
SBPatiala sanctioned 1.5 laks for loan against 4lacs education loan. Since thier commission not paid in full they are directly taking to courts for not repaying loans without giving time for grievances settlement Now theyhave filed a law suit too for recovery. What is the solution?
