section 138 N I

Hai to all

i had received a notice from addle megisrate from my college for

cheques bonus for fees as i received the noticed today from my

watchmen and the date to appear

is also same today only ,what if i

wont attend the court ,what if i go

tommorow and settle the issue

with my college pay the amount

everything

as i was out station it today i just

come back

whatis the course of action do you

guys suggest me

1. if i ignore the notice

2. if i pay my amount to college

directly

pl pl reply me earlist

better pay the fees in cash or demand draft immediately, get a receipt from the college, check with the Magistrate court the next date of hearing and if no warrant has been ordered to be issued but simply adjourned awaiting service of summons, appear in the said date and produce the receipt and seek quashing of the complaint. Better have it sorted out with the college and don't seek answers in this forum.

Failure to appear may result into issuance of a non-bailable warrant for next date. better you may settle the issue with the college immediately and place a copy of the settlement on court record before they issue your warrants.
