Legal Question in Banking Law in India
I have send the legal notice of 138 of N.I.Act to accused. But there is neither acknowledment nor notice enveloped returned back. Therefore we made postal application. The concerned authority given its acknowledgment by giving postal appli. acknowledgment date. In such cases what is the settled law of limitation to file N.I. Act case?
