Legal Question in Banking Law in India
hello, i am senior manager-on probation of a govt. rural bank for the last 6 months.my probation period will last for 2 years.my question can the bank make me in charge of a branch on full time basis during probation period.would that be legally valid.please reply to this question keeping in my mind the rules and practices that are in vogue in psu banks.and if the bank does it what legal protection can i get since i am on probation.
