serfesi act
my bank has issued a serfesi notice under section 13(2) and 60 days have passed abd now intends to issue notice under section 13(4). we have been trying to dispose of one of the property but it is taking time. kindly advise how can we get the time of atlest 2 months

Negotiate with the bank - bring some serious buyer and introduce him to the bank.

How did u come to know about the bank issuing a notice u/s 13(4),however you can seek permission by giving suitable reasons and can get time.
