Legal Question in Banking Law in India
i had served SBI for 2 years 1 day in clerical cadre & contributed my PF contributions as per the bank rules.
I resigned from the bank as I got a better oppurtunity. Bank had paid me the amount which I had paid. I had not got the PF amt which the bank credited on my PF a/c. Wheather I will get the amount of PF which the bank had contributed in my a/c or not?

The Bank was not in order in refusing to pay its contribution. File a complaint in the labour court or writ petition
