Legal Question in Banking Law in India
I have shifted my Job from Govt Insurance Company to a PSU Bank after serving 7 years and now my Bank says that it cannot count my earlier service for calculating on the pension benfits. Kindly advice whether Bank is correct in rejecting my plea

check out the Pension fund rules of the Bank you have joined. If there is a provision to tag on the service you had with the previous PSU insurance company, you can request them to adhere to that. Otherwise, it cannot be done.
