Legal Question in Banking Law in India
I have given my shop on rent. the tenant took loan from bank and defaulted in payment. bank sealed the shop undeer sarfaesi act. its now almost 4 yrs but neither bank nor tenant taking any action . what should i do for claiming the rent and getting my premise vacated. Can i break open the shop ?

No, you should not break open the shop. However, you may claim rent from the Bank and seek eviction for 'non-payment' of dues.
