Legal Question in Banking Law in India
signed blank cheques of my wife misused by her cousin sister
My wife's parents and brother had taken Rs.500000 before her marriage for business by giving her 5 signed blank cheques as security to her cousin sister. Recently her brother died because of heart attack. Now her cousin sister is demanding more than 10 Lakhs for settlement. Is it possible to file--name removed--case against her cousin sister as she has misused them by giving it to other collection executives and demanding heavy money through them.
