Legal Question in Banking Law in India

sir, i in bank in a when i was in cash cash was short rs.5 lakh manager put fir againt me in sec 406. police put chargesheet against me. but in bank enquiry they found guilty me but reinstated me now what happen about that chargeshee. bank already given punishment as two increment down and traansfer me.

You have through a competent lawyer to defend the criminal case filed against you. Re. punishment given by the Bank, if u feel you have been wrongly punished, file appeal to the appellate authority.
