Legal Question in Banking Law in India
sir,
The bank manger has been gving me wrong information and trying to sabotage my sactioned loan amount till date , so for it give me the act of law /legal which will aprreciate me a lots.
Follownig are the mistakes by the bank manger.
1. without my consent bank manager accepted the withdrawl of my third party guranter.
this is the mistakes by the bank, so plz provide me the act of law for which iwil fight against the bank.

If your third party guarantor has withdrawn his guarantee, you cannot blame the Bank Manager. If otherwise, the bank manager denies the sanctioned loan, make a complaint to Banking ombudsman
