Legal Question in Banking Law in India

sir, i have a cheque of my client 42000 and it was bounced in 25/01/2009 and second bounced in 5/02/2009 i sent a legal notice through my lawyer but he recieved the notice but when he not paid money or answer my lawyer file a case and but when we get a date of court he was left the rented home or he was not come in court date same we get third date in 22//11/2009. but problem is that he have my cheque he bounced my cheque in 1.5 lac amount august month but second time he recieved the reason lost the cheque in my account but he sent a legal notice in my home that i pay the1.5 lac amount of her. but i dont know my cheque how he getting. plz slove out the problem and given me answer to me
