Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Sir, i was earlier working with SBI as OMR on contract basis for more than 2 years.at that time there was no hope for us because of our terms and condition of our service was like that i,e "our appointment is purely on contract basis and u may be terminates at any point of time". because of job security we moved out of organization just 5 months back but now they are absorbing all contract employees. whether there is any provision for us to rejoin by considering our past service as we have served for more then 2 years as a contract employee in that organization?

Sorry my friend. Since you had resigned at that point of time and your resignation letter was also accepted (as it appears) now nothing can be done. But then too talk to the Bank, may be they'll listen and give you some wy in.
