Legal Question in Banking Law in
Sir after my father's death retirement money given by his organization sent to mother's bank account. She is my stepmother and now she has no relationship with us. Her bank account is inactive because she can't access her account now my question is. Is there a procedure where we can claim for money. Because we have 2 brother and 1 mentally retired sister. And can we cease the bank account from court.

According to me you cant have even a single penny from your mother unless she gives it willingly.

File a suit against your step mother along with your sister. In that suit you can get yourself appointed as the guardian for your mentally retarded sister also..
