Legal Question in Banking Law in India
sir my finance situation I am not able to pay credit card due from hdfc bank
yesterday two bank staff come with my office I told 4 month time than I will go to settlement. But bank staff it not agree that person told in case you die how will collect the payment. With one week I issued the arrest warrant and arrest police you will pay automatically . and last two year my business is lost so I closed my business, at present now continue business. At the same time I will not pay in last18 month
