Legal Question in Banking Law in India
SIR I GAVE 10000 Rs TO MY FRIEND FOR A MONTH WITHOUT INTEREST. HE GIVEN ME POST DATED CHECK TO DRAW THE AMOUNT. BUT SINCE 4MONTHS NIL BALANCE IN A/C. AFTERWORD UNDERSTOOD THAT IT IS NOT SALARIED A/C. HE OPERATED THIS A/C FOR THESE PURPOSES ONLY. HOW CAN I DRAW THE AMOUNT WITH THAT CHECK?
