Legal Question in Banking Law in India
sir can you please give me brief idea about SARFAESI.Is that everything right according to this rule.bank has bid my dad's property for low value i.e it is of 30lack bidder purchased only fr 10lack.and as i early mentioned borrower has his own property how can they sell ours.it is really injustice to guarantor(my dad).now what can we do no one ll help us even my uncle (borrower)

If the sale was occasioned by fraud, you can approach a lawyer and file petition to set aside the sale. www.lawconcern.com.
