Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Sir, my husband had kept my all cheque books and ATM cards.
he had already transfer some amount from my account to his account ( by using my signature on the cheque.) He has also used my ATM card to withdraw money from ATM.
what legal action i can take in such case in the court to restore my money back.
and what will the penal conseuencies of his action.

It is an offence to use even wife's cheque book in the manner you have described. Your husband will be arrested if you file a complaint before the police and will get bail only when he pays back the amount
