Legal Question in Banking Law in India
sir i had issued a cheque to a person of 75,000 but my cheque get bounced and he filed a case in the lower court and win then i appeal in session court but now he is not appearing in the court and judge is taking decision against me.so is it bail available within 12 hours after guilty from session court in the case of 138 cheque bouncing.if bail is not available so any other way to get rid of this problem.

Normally bail will be granted even by the Magistrate court on conviction, if an appeal is proposed to be filed. Sessions court can also suspend the sentence and grant bail. Better compromise with the complainant and avoid complications.
