Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Sir, I lost job(Terminated) from UAE due to recession in 2009. I have an unpaid loan account(Barclays). I have submitted my termination letter and other documents there. That time they told me that the would collect it from insurance. Now, after 2 yrs, they are calling me and asking money. I have no way to pay amount. Now i am in India. Shall i get any problem here?

in my opinion you can negotiate with the Bank and amicably settle the matter once for all.
