sir or madam sir meine kisi se 20,000 rs intrest pe liye the usko meine 60-70,000 return kar diye usko meine blank cheqe diya tha sighn kar ke 1 year se vo cheqe return nahi de raha tha ab usne act 138 and 420 ka case kar diya hai aaj notice aya hai uspe usne 20,0000 ki amaunt bar di hai solution bataiye please
