sir, thank you for the mail. sir, i want to clear that after the when police filed chargesheet then i requested again to homeministry up for reinvestigation they ordered i have order copy but police have not done meanwhile bank reinstated me and transfer me now If i not take any action what will happen. as per my knowledge chargsheet in court and i have order for reinvestigation.

Move to the same court in which the Charge sheet has been filed.
File a Sec.482 Cr.P.C. writ Petition in the High Court to quash the criminal Case charge sheet on the basis of the findings of the Disciplinary Proceedings. Some times High Court may say that you take up the matter before the concerned Magistrate Court. Even that order will help you to file a discharge application in the Magistrate Court. Consult a good lawyer practising on the Criminal Side in the High Court concerned.
