sir i am the person who is job in merchant ships i approved lone and things to get but the thing is that at my unrepresented in my home my home persione will not mantened sufficeant amount in my acount due to that i my cheeak will get bounced but thay pay through baking agency due to that whay i am defeater of the bank and my name comes on civil kindly suggested what how to clear from civil

in order to clear your name from CIBIL, you need to approach them with all the relevant documents stating that you are not a defaulter. your bank would help you in this regard.
