Legal Question in Banking Law in India
sir i have taken a personal loan from a bank and have been paying emis on regular basis for 1 and a half year since mlast 6 7 mths i vae been irregular in paying my emis and some4 emis r outstandin.now m out station.but they r harrasing my old parents.i keep payng emis on alternate basis.i had alos received the legal notice from the bak which reached me after the date of cour proceddings.will start paying instalment next mth.coz m setteld in new place.but want to lodge complaint agnts the recovery team pls advice whom to complain.
