Legal Question in Banking Law in India

Hi Sir,

we are planning to launch a new online rummy game(13 cards game) which is legal in India.Because Rummy game is identified as a game of skill as per the supreme court ruling of 1967 (State of Andhra Pradesh vs K. Satyanarayan) states that Rummy cannot be called a "game of entire chance" and "is mainly and preponderantly a game of skill".

For Online Rummy game we need a payment gateway. we have approached almost all payment gateway providers. the reply we got is as per the RBI guidelines they are not suppose to provide payment gateway for rummy site. but there are many sites which are already available online.

What we can do regarding this we searched a lot on internet but we didn't found any document regarding RBI guidelines. Payment Gateway providers also not providing information.

So please help me so that we can get payment gateway support
