Legal Question in Banking Law in India
sir,
I received a cheque from a guy witha value of Rs. 22000/-
On deposition it bounced with the reason: THE ACCOUNT HAS BEEN CLOSED.
I am in mumbai, an engineering student and the cheque is of ING VYSYA BANK,New Delhi
What can i do?
I want to find that guy?
How can i find him?
He has cheated me, so please tell me a way out
