Legal Question in Banking Law in India

sir i sold a computer to a teacher of public school.but when i went bank the has bounced .and teacher has gone to unknown place. now i want to file a case under IPC 138.can school pay my amount in any case.i want to recover my money from school.

You don't have any remedy against the school. Find out the address quickly and serve notice by RPAD, within 30 days of the receipt of the returned cheque from your bank. If this time has already expired, file a suit against him in the Civil Court having jurisdiction over the place where he gave the cheque and get a decree which u can execute for 12 years from the date of decree. Please take the assistance of a local lawyer.
