sir when and which year the motto"sateyameva jeyate" incorpated below the national emblem design in non judicial stamp papers..and where i find out it..kindly help me with your excellence..

Address a letter to Nasik Security Press to find out the date on which the national emblem has been embossed. You can also find out by applying under the Right to Information Act. Find out their web address and attend to the same
