Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Sir,i have taken loan from several banks. But at present position i am not in the situation to pay to the bankers.Should i declare myself as a bank corrupt. what is the procedure for the same?Or is there any other choice?

declaring bankrupt may put your future financial status at rest. the liabilities would still stay even if you declared bankrupt and when you earn in future, you would again be liable.
