Legal Question in Banking Law in India

Hi sir,

I lost my bank cheque in 2005,and i forgot about that. But in 2007 i got summon from

court. I attended to the court,there i came to know that someone has put case on me.

I dont know who is he,i saw him first time in court only.

In cross examination he said that he is doing business with me from since 5 years.

In that point of view i have given cheque to him.

But real facts is....

I am a student in 2004-2006.

In 2007 i had done the software course.

In bank statement the next cheques are passed in 2005.

I am having all the ID proofs and receipts of above mentioned.

He not sended the any notice to me,and also he is not having any proofs like promisary note etc.

The Magestrate given judgement -ve to me.

Now wat can i do?
