Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Sir,
I have mortgaged two properties, 1 having a value of 4.5 crores and another worth 45 crores. But the bank is insisting in selling the later one. Can somebody pls help me with a case law thru which I can save my other property.

How can the bank sell your property ? Have you not repaid the loan amount ? Please clarify.

What do u mean? whether property is under Sarfacsi action? If so, file Sarfacsi appeal for remedy
