Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Sir,
I am trying to purchase a property which has come for auction under SARFAESI Act. I wanted to know the precautions to be taken at the time of purchase. Also let me know whether the Housing finance company will be under obligation to register the sale certificate issued to me at local Sub registrar office?

The sale may be subject to confirmation by the court; and the property owner may be entitled to challenge the sale in court.
