Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Sir,
Iam from Chennai.Iam asked to make a payment of Rs50,000 within 2 days towrds my personal loan outstanding. Iam requested them to give the 10days of time to pay the total Rs50,000/-. But advocate from Bank not accepting and he is telling your should pay before closing this week.And bank advocate threatening me & i will issue warrant againt me. Plz suggest me in this regard.

he cannot issue warrants himself as he needs to take help of the court and in your case, i believe there is no court case pending and you being wrongly informed about the case.

He cannot issue warrant. Go to the bank and remit the amount in ten days. By the bye what is the name of the lawyer who threatened you and which is the Bank.
